We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Support Coordinator to help streamline our marketing efforts and support our team across a wide range of initiatives. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
General Marketing Support
- Serve as Tier 1 support for incoming marketing requests
- Direct team members using internal Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs)
- Assist with onboarding and setup for new Loan Officers (LOs)
Social Media Coordination
Support social media compliance and automation setup for LOsSchedule content using Sendible and SurefireManage testimonial and closing photo schedulingProject & Campaign Execution
Assist with “Commission Possible” campaign deliverables, managed by Business Development Team LeadManage swag orders, card writing and Avery label projectsProvide event planning and execution supportEvent Support
Represent the brand at LO events and community initiativesSupport internal and external events in C&F Gives Back, our charitable armGraphic Design Overflow
Provide graphic design support under direction of lead designerAssist with overflow tasks and templated creative needsAdditional Marketing Tasks
Upload monthly reviews to the websiteHandle business card and name tag ordersFulfill swag requests and maintain inventoryQualifications
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or comparable degree1–3 years of experience in marketing or operationsBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsA proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnPreferred Skills :
Mortgage or real estate industry experienceAdvanced graphic design experienceEvent planning experienceEEO / AA / M / F / Veteran / Disability
