Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support an elementary school in Spruce Pine, NC, for the full school year. This onsite position is ideal for candidates specializing in pediatric speech-language therapy and who hold credentials appropriate for a school setting, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Key Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid SLP CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with K-12 caseload management
  • Eligibility to practice in a school setting
  • Completed or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Commitment to onsite service delivery

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage a diverse K-12 caseload, primarily focusing on elementary students
  • Provide individualized speech and language assessments and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students communication needs
  • Develop and implement tailored intervention plans
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies

    • Location : Spruce Pine, North Carolina Onsite position only
