The Guest Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dealership experience by welcoming guests, managing their visit flow, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role supports both the Service department by facilitating communication, coordinating guest needs, and ensuring all interactions reflect the dealership's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for service appointments and sales visits.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Team to coordinate guest needs and minimize wait times.
  • Provide guests with timely updates regarding their vehicle status, appointments, or next steps in the sales process.
  • Ensure waiting areas are maintained in a clean, comfortable, and inviting condition.
  • Support follow-up efforts by ensuring guests receive satisfaction surveys and are encouraged to leave feedback.
  • Assist in coordinating loaner vehicles or other guest accommodations as needed.
  • Handle basic inquiries and resolve minor concerns, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
  • Promote dealership amenities, loyalty programs, and service specials to enhance guest engagement.

    • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    • Pay : $22 - $25 / hour
