The Guest Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dealership experience by welcoming guests, managing their visit flow, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role supports both the Service department by facilitating communication, coordinating guest needs, and ensuring all interactions reflect the dealership's commitment to excellence.
