• H&P, Obtain Informed Consent
• Pre-Anesth Eval, Post-op Assessment
• General, Regional, Epidural, Spinal Anesthesia
• IV Regional Block, MAC, CVP / CVC, Pulm Artery Cath
• Airway Mgmt
• Trauma Level : I
• EMR : Cerner
