Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Retail Associate located in The Villages, FL. The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining product displays, and processing sales transactions. The Retail Associate will also help with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.

• Customer-focused Service and proven Customer Experience skills
• Experience in Inventory Management
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
