Skills and Knowledge Requirements :

• Sheetrock
• Texturing
• Painting
• Cabinetry install / repair
• Trim work
• Installing baseboards, casing, interior doors, etc.,
• Ability to use all power tools
• Demolition and project clean up
• Property board-up experience preferred not required
