Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN) - In-Home Health Risk Assessments (Part-Time, 3 Days / Week)

Guaranteed Compensation : Earn $2100 semi monthly as a 1099 contractor.

We're seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform in-home visits for patients across Hennepin, Anoka, Sherburne, Wright, and Stearns (St. Cloud) counties. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working independently and values a flexible, part-time schedule.

Your Role :

As an LPN, you'll conduct comprehensive in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage members. Each visit includes an evaluation of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and diagnostics labs and testing. No long-term care or follow-up is required.
