Senior IT Manager, Westfield Rise
What we offer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to oversee and manage our DOOH media networks’ software and IT systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all advertising technology, including content management systems (CMS), digital signage, data ecosystem and assist with network infrastructure.
Will only consider candidates in Los Angeles or New York metro areas.
Responsibilities for the role
- 5 Year Technical Ambition : Build a rolling DOOH 5-year technical ambition and vision for end-to-end back-end system for Westfield’s advertising platform, network, and data intelligence.
- Manage IT Systems : Oversee the conception, development / installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems related to Westfield’s DOOH media network, including digital signage, servers, databases, and network infrastructure.
- Content Management : Administer and maintain the content management system (CMS) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of advertising content across all digital signage platforms.
- Technical Support : Work with cross-functional team members to provide monitoring, technical support and troubleshooting for all DOOH media network components, including internal hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Network Security : Implement and maintain robust security measures and monitoring capabilities to protect the integrity and confidentiality of advertising data and IT systems.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery, the availability and the performance of IT systems and services.
- Project Management : Lead and manage IT projects related to the enhancement and expansion of DOOH media networks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient operations and knowledge sharing.
- Training : Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of IT systems and tools related to the DOOH media network.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12+ years of proven experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and DOOH digital signage technologies.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of success
- Previous work integrating software systems with hardware components, including digital signage platforms and content management systems
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with vendors, clients, and cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions and manage external relationships
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Experience staying current with industry trends and technological advancements in digital out-of-home advertising, demonstrating an ability to drive innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with network security and data protection best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
- Exempt
- Up to $140,000-$168,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus (Los Angeles)
- Up to $146,000-$175,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus (New York)
