Job Overview :

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) must exhibit strong ability to coordinate and implement behavioral health services in a Residential facility. The BHT MUST be knowledgeable of adolescent mental health / substance abuse issues and complexities. Has the ability to problem solve and effectively communicate with compassion to team members and residents. This is a small residential facility that service adolescents with trauma, substance abuse and co-occurring conditions. GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT. Only serious candidates who love working with Adults.

Education / Experience :

Must meet the following combinations of Education and Experience

• 1-2 years experience as BHT.

Key Responsibilities :

Skilled Requirements :

1. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

2. Maintain confidentiality of information.

3. A valid Arizona Driver’s License

4. Current and valid level 1 DPS Fingerprint Clearance card.

5 : Current and valid Cpr / First Aid Card

6 : Negative TB Test

Current Shift :

Monday-Friday 2 : 00 PM- 10 : 00PM

Monday-Friday 6 : 00AM-2 : 00PM

Friday-Sunday 6 : 00PM-6 : 00AM

Friday-Sunday 6 : 00AM-6 : 00PM
