About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Product focusing on our Core Products, particularly our real-time databases and their ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead product leadership and strategy, guiding the development and execution of our long-term product vision. Your extensive experience in enterprise software, data infrastructure, distributed systems, and database technology, particularly in Kubernetes environments, will be essential to your success.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Driving the full product lifecycle from portfolio management to customer engagement.
• Maintaining a comprehensive view of our product portfolio and prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs and business impact.
• Acting as an executive sponsor for our key customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are prioritized.
• Shaping the company’s roadmap and enhancing the customer experience for market success.

As a clear and confident communicator, you must be technically fluent and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing a portfolio of interrelated products and will thrive in both self-managed and cloud delivery models.
