Overview

Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer with Security Clearance — Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a qualified experienced RF Systems Engineer candidate. This position will support work at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Tactical Electronic Warfare Division (TEWD) to advance existing R&D projects and investigate and propose novel solutions related to the application of RF energy to electronic warfare, countermeasures and directed energy for the U.S. Navy.

Responsibilities

Support work at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) TEWD to advance existing R&D projects and investigate and propose novel RF energy solutions for electronic warfare, countermeasures and directed energy for the U.S. Navy.

Minimum Skills / Qualifications

DoD Secret Clearance within past 24 months.

4+ years of experience in a physics or engineering field.

4+ years of experience Designing, Building, Testing, and / or Modeling RF Transmitters, Receivers, and / or Associated Signal Processing Software or Hardware.

Demonstrated experience with RF Measurement Equipment and RF Measurements.

Demonstrated experience in the Application of Microwave Devices Including RF Measurements and Analysis.

Demonstrated experience with RF Countermeasure Techniques and / or Technologies, Including RF Decoys and / or Active Jamming Technologies is desirable.

Occasional local, national, and / or international travel required (10%).

Education

Bachelor of Science in Physics or Electrical Engineering is required. Other majors will be considered with extensive experience in the above qualifications.

Master of Science in Systems or Electrical Engineering is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range : $100,000.00 – $140,000.00
