• As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will oversee patients on continuous telemetry monitoring, interpreting rhythm strips, and vigilantly tracking arrhythmias, ischemic changes, and hemodynamic shifts.
• You’ll conduct thorough patient assessments, review lab results, adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians, and promptly respond to alarms or clinical changes.
