• Working at night or on the weekends you will be eligible for shift differential. To be eligible for shift differentials you must work 4 hours into the shift time to get the differentials ( Monday - Thursday 3p - 11p = $4.50 per hour and 11p-7a = $4.75, Friday - Sunday 11p - 7a = $7.00 per hour, or Saturday - Sunday 7a - 3p = $6.00 per hour and 3p - 11p = $6.50 per hour )

Key Responsibilities :

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients of all ages, ensuring their physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs are met.

Lead and support a team of caregivers, collaborating with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.

Educate patients and families on health management, self-care, and health promotion to foster better health outcomes.

Participate in shared governance, peer review, and professional development to promote a culture of clinical excellence and leadership.

Utilize care management principles to coordinate efficient and effective patient care services, focusing on improving patient outcomes.

Contribute to the development of a healthy work environment and take responsibility for ongoing professional growth and leadership.
