Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites.

Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide project execution.

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.

Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience leading construction projects with steel erection, new construction / ground up.
• Ability to work across the southern Alabama gulf border.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on job sites.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
