Job Overview

LaMarca Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Traveling Construction Site Superintendent to oversee hotel renovation projects across the United States. This full-time, hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys extended travel, and can drive results while managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships. Projects typically range from $500K to $3MM and last 70-100 days, requiring a Superintendent who understands the demands and rewards of hotel renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and on-site supervision
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleanliness, and jobsite organization
• Oversee and document inspections, punch lists, and project milestones
• Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor scopes of work
• Identify issues proactively and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them
• Ensure accurate execution of interior finish scopes (painting, flooring, millwork, plumbing, electrical)
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Utilize construction management software and digital tools effectively
