We’re seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth for one of the nation’s top Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) . You’ll work remotely from the Miami area , leveraging your existing broker network and industry contacts to expand our reach into blue- and gray-collar markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage your P&C broker network to identify, qualify, and close new business
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to presentation to close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor PEO solutions for clients
  • Build referral partnerships and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Use CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and forecast effectively
  • Attend local networking events and industry conferences as needed
  • What You Bring

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PEO, insurance, or HR outsourcing
  • Strong connections within the Property & Casualty broker community
  • Proven ability to build a book of business through relationships and referrals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-motivated and organized — thrives working independently and remotely
  • Experience selling into blue- and gray-collar industries preferred

    As we've all seen through the years of here-today / gone-tomorrow recruiters, resume board database junkies, and schlock recruiters / paper pushers....., it's even more so now that my clients truely enjoy, value and respect my traditional techniques, services and values.

    Major accomplishments include identifying and resolving problems before they reach crisis stage, and sourcing and placing candidates more expeditiously than the competition while managing multiple assignments in fast paced work environments. Proven track record of bringing projects in ahead of schedule and under budget. Good presentation and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in advanced behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques. Well versed in both state and federal employment law. Possess a strong sense of urgency and a passion for employment services. My goal is to build new and continue to build existing business relationships with large companies or divisions, as well as start-up firms.
