Production Operator - Blending

Job Description

The Blending Operator is accountable for compounding and packaging blends of natural chemicals to generate finished products. The operator is expected to accurately and consistently operate all equipment and / or machinery according to training and SOP protocols. This includes but is not limited to transfer pumps, filtration equipment, blend tanks, documentation and labeling of materials. All employees are expected to maintain a safe and sanitary work area by ensuring the department and all equipment are cleaned and in good working order.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe working environment using appropriate safety equipment to proactively improve the safety culture of the department.
• Maintain blending area / equipment in a clean, sanitary and presentable condition.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and exemplary housekeeping standards.
• Provide additional support and duties as assigned.
