HPC - Senior Network Administrator - Configuration, Monitor, Security

Description

The Network Administrator must demonstrate the ability to : Analyze the planning, design, development, and implementation of system and network engineering plans for our Intelligence Community customers. Monitor all activities of the network facilities and ensure high quality data transmission. Provide technical support for all customer facing engagements / interactions, including receipt of specifications, design, test, and response to service requests. Debug and test networks, analyze technical projects, perform needs assessments, analyze and / or oversee cost and benefit estimates, presentations, negotiations, installations, problem resolutions, procurements, and multi-vendor product integration. Provide initial engineering and implementation support of networks to assure proper execution and provides resolution for system failures or degradations, as needed. Provide project management and documentation, as required. It is expected that the candidate will at times participate in, and / or facilitate stakeholder meetings as required. Proven ability to delegate tasks, comprehensively and in parts is necessary to be successful in this environment.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret / SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Systems, or Network Engineering and at least five (5) years of demonstrable experience in network (LAN / WAN) configuration, monitoring, security, and protection. Or the individual shall have five (5) years of full time CS work that can be substituted for the Bachelor' s degree and at least five (5) years of demonstrable experience in network (LAN / WAN) configuration, monitoring, security, and protection.

Required skills :

• Must have IAT Level 2 Certification

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $175,000 - $215,000.
