FULL-TIME SOCIAL WORKER JOB AVAILABLE AT OUTPATIENT FACILITY

Apollo Behavioral Health Hospital, newly constructed in 2018 - state of the art Inpatient facility conveniently located at 9938 Airline Highway and Outpatient Facility located at 615 Chevelle Court.

Outpatient Behavioral Health Hospital seeking a Social worker / Counselor.

Full-time Position available, Monday - Friday 8am-4 : 30-pm

Ideal candidate will have Outpatient experience, group therapy experience, assessments, along with experience in adults and geriatric patients. 5 years experience needed

Candidate must possess LMSW / LPC / LCSW / PLPC license.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct psych-social assessments
• Develop Treatment plans
• Provide group psychotherapy
• Provide individual psychotherapy
• Case management
• Discharge planning
