Job Description

Are you a MIG welder who loves hands-on fabrication and building custom equipment? We’re looking for Weld Specialists to join a fast-paced, state-of-the-art fabrication team at a company that manufactures material lifts and aerial work platforms — the kind of equipment that keeps people safe while working at heights.

You’ll be working on custom parts and equipment, building them to meet specific production orders. Most of your day is hands-on : welding, fabricating, loading / unloading fixtures, and making sure every piece meets high-quality standards. If precision, problem-solving, and seeing your work come together excite you, this is the role for you!

Here’s what you can expect :

Pay : $26.82 / hr

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 4 : 45 AM – 3 : 15 PM (overtime available)

Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

You’ll need :

• At least 1 year of MIG welding experience
• Ability to pass a written and practical welding test
• Ability to stand for your full shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work in North Bend and relocate to Redmond in the spring
