National Sales Trainer (West Division)
The National Sales Trainer is responsible for developing and managing sales training activities on all sales training events assigned for both Territory Sales Managers and Dealers. This includes maintaining training PowerPoints, workbooks, and materials for all workshops and performing original and existing trainings in live, virtual, and recorded mediums. This role also includes managing the results delivered from third party trainers and third-party training organizations as well as developing the capabilities of internal staff to present training material and to develop their own presentations.
The right individual for this position will have strong communication skills both verbally and written and be able to prioritize and deliver on multiple deadlines at a time. This individual will also be good at managing third-party independent trainers to maximize the results of our training program. The ideal candidate for the position will be highly energetic and have great stage presence.
Position Responsibilities may include :
- Support & participate in new dealer acquisition events
- Collaborate with independent distribution and COD Sales Leadership
- Manage third party and internal presenters for training events
- Maintain our library of training content
- Collaborate with instructional design, graphics department, and third party vendors
- Perform webinars, podcasts, and live trainings
- Maintain and develop knowledge of business trends
- Facilitate and deliver training for TSM Academy COD Onboarding
- Manage third-party independent trainers
- Setup and manage booths at industry events
- Collect ongoing feedback from participants and hosts
- Manage training costs
- Collaborate with leadership to implement improvements
- Participate in additional projects / activities
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations
- Determine cost recovery activities
- Review training records
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Perform other duties as assigned

10 years sales experience preferably in the HVAC industry5 years in a supervisory / manager role of a sales teamEducation / Certification :

Salary Range $92,430.00 to $116,050.00 USD
