Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant , you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients, residents, and clients. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting with therapy activities and exercises as outlined in treatment plans, under the guidance of a physical therapist.
• Monitoring and recording therapy services for individuals with physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments.
• Selecting and implementing therapeutic activities tailored to each patient's goals and competency levels.
• Documenting patient responses and communicating effectively with the supervising physical therapist.
• Staying informed about targeted therapy outcomes and contributing to achieving these goals.
• Adhering to accepted clinical practice guidelines and performing related duties as needed.

Your focus may vary based on facility needs, including post-acute, long-term care, and home health care environments.
