Job description

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of partnership contracts, including drafting, negotiation, renewals, and amendments

Support international and U.S. partnerships by ensuring timely execution of agreements and compliance with regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with business goals and develop scalable processes for contract management

Required Qualifications

5-6 years of experience in contract management, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Proven experience negotiating and managing international contracts

Background in telemedicine or digital health is highly desirable

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple contracts across geographies
