Shift / Hours : Monday - Sunday, 9 : 30 am-7 : 30 pm Pay Rate : $21 per hour Location : San Francisco, CA Experience : At least 1 year of customer service experience in the optical industry

We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Storefront Associate located in San Francisco! This position is highly sought after and might not be available for long.

Storefront Associate Job Duties include :

• Customer Support : Proactively assisting customers with the use of digital pick-up lockers and ensuring a smooth retrieval process for their eyewear.
• Inventory & Visual Merchandising : Maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail floor by performing fast and accurate restocking of sold-out items, adjusting product displays, and performing light cleaning duties to keep the storefront pristine.
• Operational Support : Acting as a runner to efficiently move items, frames, and documentation between the sales floor, back-office areas, and laboratory as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
