Housekeeper Lead

Sizemore Inc is seeking a Housekeeper Lead in Fayetteville, NC!

Supervises Others : Yes

Available Shifts : Wed-Sat 6PM-5AM

Pay Rate : $17.75 hr.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for direct supervision of day-to-day activity.
• Directly and indirectly, monitor / supervise daily janitorial personnel.
• Ensure quality standards are met through constructive, consistent, and documented inspections of all accounts.
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules.
• Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure that services are provided in an efficient and timely manner.
• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
• Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment and take corrective action.
• Maintain required records of work hours, budgets, payrolls, and other information.
• Check and maintain equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
• Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
• Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operates specialized equipment as needed including, but not limited to, augers, balers, waste compactors, etc.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Abide by and enforce Sizemore and clients' policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment. You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
