Job descriptionMonitor and control access to restricted areas within an aerospace and defense location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry. Assist in implementing site-specific security-related procedures and policies to help maintain a secure environment. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using problem-solving skills to address and report issues as required. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify any potential security-related concerns. Support emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the location. Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Professional Access Control Patrol Aero / Defense
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, managing access points, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. Pay Rate : $22.16 / Hour
Job Schedule : DayTime
Monday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Thursday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Friday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Saturday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
Sunday 10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
