We're thrilled to join the social entertainment scene in New York this Summer. Our team is looking for energetic and experienced Barbacks to join us on our mission to turn the ordinary into extraordinary on Broadway.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

To be successful as a Barback on the Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following on a daily basis :

• Assisting with opening and closing duties, ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
• Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
• Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent service with an attention to detail, even when under pressure.
• Having excellent organizational skills.
• Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Bring new and creative ideas to how we do things.
• Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs if needed.

Experience as a Barback is important, but attitude and finding the right 'fit' comes first for us.
