About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced OTR Heavy Haul Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of professional driving experience and a proven track record of safely transporting oversized and heavy equipment across the U.S..

This position offers steady work, company-provided truck and trailer, and the chance to work with a professional, safety-focused team that values reliability, integrity, and pride in every haul.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and maintain a company-provided heavy haul truck and trailer for long-haul transport of oversized equipment.
  • Properly load, secure, and transport heavy machinery and specialized loads.
  • Plan routes efficiently while adhering to state and federal transport regulations.
  • Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards.
  • Complete all required logbooks, trip reports, and inspection forms accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of equipment and represent the company with integrity on and off the road.
  • Pass monthly DOT-compliant drug and alcohol testing as required by company policy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of OTR and heavy haul experience (experience with lowboy, multi-axle, or specialized trailers preferred).
  • Valid CDL (Class A) with a clean driving record.
  • Valid passport – ability to cross the U.S. / Canada border when required.
  • Strong understanding of load securement, weight distribution, and route permitting for oversized loads.
  • Must be able to pass DOT drug testing and maintain compliance.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to equipment maintenance a plus.
