full-time bilingual individual fluent,with anBachelor’s degree in Child Developmentor a relatedhuman services field, to support the expanding needs of our organization. Entry-level candidates are welcome, as our experienced team will provide mentorship and guidance as needed.How You'll Succeed Here :Providing developmental services in a play-based approach for a caseload of children ages birth to 3 in the home environmentProviding parent education and home programs related to treatment goals as based on the result of developmental milestonesCompleting biannual progress reports using standardized developmental assessment tools to document developmental delays and set goals to achieve milestone outcomes.Support and facilitate each child's progress through developmental milestones, increase opportunities for inclusion and enhance trusted caregiver-child relationshipsUtilize effective and professional communication skillsSubmit documentation and signatures on a daily basisOther related duties as assignedParticipate in Monthly Reflective SupervisionCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Child Development Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Service Coordinators, Physicians, and families.How You Shine From Others :Bachelor's degreein Child Development or human related fieldBilingual in Spanish and EnglishCurrent CPR certificationCurrent TB testCurrent Physical : Must be physically unrestricted for job requirements.Desire to work with clients in home settingPediatric experience is a plus!Commitment to Excellence!How We'll Reward You :We care about each and every member of the Amigo Baby team and provide a competitive package that includes :
