  • Caseload Location : Kings County
  • Starting pay range is $29.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Hiring / Relocation bonus of $500.00.

Amigo Baby has been the leading provider of pediatric therapy in the Central Coast of California for the last 21 years. We are a multidisciplinary private practice seeking a

  • full-time bilingual individual fluent,
  • with an
  • Bachelor’s degree in Child Development
  • or a related
  • human services field
  • , to support the expanding needs of our organization. Entry-level candidates are welcome, as our experienced team will provide mentorship and guidance as needed.
  • How You'll Succeed Here :
  • Providing developmental services in a play-based approach for a caseload of children ages birth to 3 in the home environment
  • Providing parent education and home programs related to treatment goals as based on the result of developmental milestones
  • Completing biannual progress reports using standardized developmental assessment tools to document developmental delays and set goals to achieve milestone outcomes.
  • Support and facilitate each child's progress through developmental milestones, increase opportunities for inclusion and enhance trusted caregiver-child relationships
  • Utilize effective and professional communication skills
  • Submit documentation and signatures on a daily basis
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Participate in Monthly Reflective Supervision
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including Child Development Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Service Coordinators, Physicians, and families.
  • How You Shine From Others :
  • Bachelor's degree
  • in Child Development or human related field
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current TB test
  • Current Physical : Must be physically unrestricted for job requirements.
  • Desire to work with clients in home setting
  • Pediatric experience is a plus!
