Essential qualities for success include :
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in firearms sales.Knowledge of firearms laws and regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in using computer systems for transaction processing.Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment.Physical requirements include :
