Substitute Paraprofessional | Crafton, PA

Serve as a reliable classroom support professional in the role of Substitute Paraprofessional. In this flexible, as-needed position, you’ll help ensure students receive the attention and structure they need in the absence of regular staff.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with school-aged children or youth preferred

Professional demeanor and commitment to student support

Comfortable managing small groups and individual student needs

Able to maintain clear communication with staff and students

Daily Responsibilities :

Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified staff

Work with students in small groups or one-on-one

Supervise students during transitions, meals, and recess

Reinforce behavior expectations and redirect as needed

Assist with organization and setup of classroom materials
