A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead HR and talent management activities. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with laws and regulations Analyze, design, and implement compensation programs and manage performance management cycles Develop and manage internal policies, recruiting processes, and benefits programs to attract and retain talent Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required; MBA is a plus Experience in leading HR functions within a rapidly growing organization Demonstrated track record in compensation strategy design and administration Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
