Nurse Supervisor Inpatient - Big Sky

Position Summary : The Nurse Supervisor Inpatient - Big Sky will work in collaboration with nursing leadership to develop and implement patient care policies to ensure they are based on evidence and / or best practice nursing standards and comply with regulatory requirements. As new nursing knowledge and innovations in practice advance, works to implement and monitor the application into practice. Ensures standardized implementation across their area of responsibility by working closely with the nurses. Coordinates the activities of the nursing staff, including appropriate staffing levels to ensure quality and safe patient centered care.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
• American Heart Association BLS
• American Heart Association ACLS
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within one year of hire
• PALS or ENPC within 1 year of hire
• NIHSS Certification within 6 months of hire
• Two (2) years' patient care experience in ambulatory and / or emergency nursing
• Preferred : Certification in Emergency and / or Ambulatory Nursing
• Preferred : Prior supervisory experience of clinical nursing staff
• Preferred : Experience working in a shared leadership model and integrated delivery system
