Looking for a great team member who can join our group at a private club in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Kitchen focuses on developing menus which support local fisheries, foragers and farms. Compensation ranges based on experience from $20 to $23.
Responsibilities :
- Report to work on time, in uniform and ready to work
- Prepare ingredients for cooking
- Cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Label, date and rotate to avoid spoilage and waste
- Help to manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and front of the house to ensure smooth operations
