As a Head Teller , you'll play a key role in creating exceptional banking experiences for our customers. You'll lead by example, support your team's growth, and help us live our mission of Making More Possible . What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise the Teller team, assigning daily responsibilities and overseeing performance.
  • Handle personnel tasks including scheduling, approving timesheets, conducting interviews, and completing performance reviews.
  • Ensure accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions in line with bank policies.
  • Maintain compliance through routine audits and adherence to procedures.
  • Manage branch cash operations, including vault and ATM balancing and currency orders.
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented environment through clear communication and effective delegation.
  • Support customers and team members with professionalism and care.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.

    • Or three years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.

  • At least two years of customer service experience.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, team-focused mindset with a knack for motivating others.
