Job description

Assembly Team Member 1st and 2nd Shifts Pay $17.10 / hr. ($2 / hr. shift differential)  Full time, Benefits, Weekly Pay Position Summary :

  • We are seeking dedicated Assembly Team Members to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for completing tasks in your assigned work area safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner while adhering to our company’s core values and guidelines.

Hours :

  • 1st Shift : 6 : 30am - 6 : 00pm 2nd Shift : 6 : 30pm - 6 : 00am Essential Functions : Follow policies and procedures.
  • Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
  • Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
  • Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.

    • Understand and apply Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.

    • Education :

  • High School diploma or GED required.
