Scope of Work :
The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services (“Department”) is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP or solicitation) from qualified to provide Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) Staff Augmentation Services to support the Department with additional information systems and information technology support staff needed to facilitate the implementation and operation of MES modules.
Description
The Clinical Manager shall be responsible for providing State oversight and supervision of drug coverage parameters, all clinical programs and the provider network and interface with the Drug Use Review (DUR) Board.
The Clinical Manager shall be responsible for providing State oversight and supervision of the DUR programs, and shall provide clinical analysis, guidance, and recommendations to the DUR Board.
The Clinical Manager shall be responsible for providing State oversight and supervision of clinical review of beneficiaries, physicians, and pharmacists.
The Clinical Manager shall coordinate with the implementation Vendor counterpart.
Qualifications
At least five (5) years clinical experience, prior public sector experience with a preference for Medicaid experience, and at least two (2) years of clinical pharmacy management experience.
