Work Experience :

1 year of PT exp, strong outpatient background, ortho exp preferred

Education :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

License :

Valid Physical Therapy License in the state of Texas.

Certifications : BLS Certification.
