We're hiring an experienced and hands-on Solutions Consulting Manager to lead our newly formed SC team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments and is ready to take ownership of building high-performing teams and establishing scalable, repeatable operating rhythms. As the team's founding manager, you'll drive both the strategic direction and the day-to-day execution required to establish the SC function as a key lever in our company's go-to-market motion.

This role requires an individual who can set the vision and model the behaviorsomeone who can lead by example, build from scratch, and drive lasting impact across Sales, Product, and all supporting GTM teams.
