• We are looking for a seasoned Homeowner Field Adjuster to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing a wide range of homeowner claims and be proficient in both Xactimate and XactAnalysis. The ability to confidently write estimates up to $150K is essential. This is a field-based position covering the St. Louis, MO area, and due to the advanced nature of the role, we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $72,000 - $93,570 and is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.
