What is the role about?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focusedInside Sales Specialistto manage the end-to-end order processing cycle and support parts and serial business (MRO) quoting. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered, processed, and fulfilled in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Which tasks will you perform?

• Receive, review, and process customer orders via email, phone, or order management systems.
• Verify order accuracy, pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
• Resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the ERP or CRM system.
• Support invoicing and billing processes as needed.
• Timely processing of MRO (parts and serial products) quotes using available tool landscape (Salesforce and SAP).
