Enable, Inc in Bismarck, ND is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Direct Support Professional for our Day Services program. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy creating engaging and fulfilling experiences, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide hands-on support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting
• Assist with daily living skills, community integration, and recreational activities
• Implement individualized service plans and goals
• Promote independence and self-advocacy
• Document progress and provide feedback to supervisory staff
• Drive people we serve to and from their homes and other activities

Qualifications :

Must be 18 years of age or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Must be able to drive a 15 passenger van

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for making a difference in the lives of others

Full Time : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 am to 5pm

Pay : $18.00 to $19.00
