Registered Nurse Director Emergency Department candidates will have the following minimum job responsibilities :

As Director of Emergency Services youll provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for a large high-volume department. Youll guide a talented team ensure the highest standards of care and drive performance improvement across all aspects of emergency nursing.

• Full 24-hour accountability for the Emergency Department
• The opportunity to lead 100 FTEs serving approximately 5000 patients per month
