Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor design and construction progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and control processes throughout all project phases.
- Manage technical interfaces between contractors, third parties, and other client projects to mitigate design and construction risks.
- Oversee logistics planning and execution during all construction phases, considering operational and maintenance impacts.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and dispute resolution related to inspection deviations.
- Serve as technical liaison across all client projects
- Identify and resolve interface issues between terminal contracts and other client projects.
- Support risk management efforts, schedule integration, and cost control initiatives.
- Facilitate schedule alignment across parallel client projects
- Lead interface coordination meetings and ensure systems integration across projects.
- Track schedule progress, identify risks to milestones, and manage sequencing of work.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality requirements.
- Support estimating activities in coordination with the ADG team, including reviewing design-builder estimates for compliance and fair market value.
- Evaluating change proposals and preparing records of negotiation.
Software & Technical Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.Familiarity with project management information systems.Working knowledge of CAD or Revit is a plus.Qualifications :
20+ years of experience, preferably on large-scale projects ($250M+). Aviation a plus.Expertise in various project delivery methods (DBB, CMAR, Design / Build).Strong leadership and management capabilities.Excellent communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Aviation, or related field (Masters preferred).Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP).
