Job Title : Finance Analyst - Senior
Location : 4000 Luxottica Place, Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid In office 3 days / week)
Duration : 2+ Months contract (with possible extensions)
Payrate : $22 / hr on W2.
Job Description : General Function
The Finance Analyst supports finance operations for high-risk, complex clients , completing detailed analysis and reporting, and providing guidance for financial management activities. This role partners closely with Account Managers handling small to large-size clients and ensures that all client requests are thoroughly researched with timely follow-up and resolution.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Interface daily with internal and external clients (via phone, email, etc.) to research, resolve, and / or escalate issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure clear upward and downward communication so that management and associates are properly informed of issues, risks, and resolutions.
- Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, develop forecasts, and provide recommendations / solutions that facilitate cash application of outstanding balances .
- Analyze open receivable trends, including :
- Payment frequency
- Root cause analysis of issues (e.g., denials, over / short payments, etc.)
- Manage and prioritize the cash application process for high-risk customers .
- Identify and recommend system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of finance operations.
- Ensure accurate financial records for client accounts and support reporting needs for :
- Account Managers
- Clients
- Brokers
- TPAs
- Auditors (upon request)
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to thoroughly understand and resolve issues related to high-risk, complex clients across small to large-size portfolios.
Qualifications (Suggested)

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.2 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, receivables, or related analytical role.Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data analysis, forecasting, and trend identification.Proficiency with MS Excel and other financial / reporting tools.Experience with receivables management, cash application, or collections is highly preferred.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with high-risk, complex client accounts.Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing with both internal teams and external customers.High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
