Key Responsibilities
Participate with Project Director and Estimating in development of a Project Chart of AccountsDevelop detailed Project Contract status reportCoordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics planCoordinate with Scheduling Department in the development and thorough updates of the project schedule.Maintain thorough understanding of the McCarthy / Owner contractOversee the pay request processMonitor project costs and Job Cost ReportAnalyze and forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reportsImplement and monitor training of all staff personnelMonitor project laborReview and approve material, forming system and equipment needsAssist Estimating in bidding projectsImplement applicable safety, EEO and Affirmative Action programsLead the project's quality processDevelop, schedule and lead project close-out processesQualifications
7+ Years of Marine Construction experience requiredExperience with Marine projects including ports, bridges, walls and docksGeneral knowledge of construction principles / practices requiredExperienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and self-perform workExperience leading successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entitiesMcCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
