Desktop Support Technician

IMMEDIATE START - Experienced Desktop Support Technician needed for an ONSITE role in the northern Austin area. Will be supporting Windows 10 / 7, Outlook, MS Office, etc., and must have excellent customer service skills and attitude. Required : basic PowerShell scripting; strong documentation capabilities, especially in creating SOPs; practical experience with system maintenance, including device driver management; and familiarity with MS Autopilot. Azure experience a plus. Overtime may be required (OT pay included). Locals only , no sponsorship / no 3rd parties please. Great communication skills required.
