Your Role

Material Handler

Work Type : Direct Hire, 4-to-6-week temporary only position with possible extension

Openings : 2 People

Shift and Hours : 1st Shift - 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, overtime available

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Saturday overtime available

Compensation : $25.00 per hour

As a Material Handler with us, you'll be working as part of the team at our client's Thermo Fisher Scientific site, performing important work, like helping customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe! What You'll Be Doing

Essential Functions

• Performs the physical tasks related to movement of inventory
• Data entry relating to the movement of material & to accurately issue, count & pull from racks for delivery to various production areas
• Inventory verification for quality and count accuracy including cycle counting and reconciliation
• Assure that all safety procedures & policies are followed
• Experience using UPS. DHL, & Fed-Ex software (Domestic & International shipments)
• Keep warehouse, shipping & receiving area clean & free from debris / clutter
