• Established private practice with partnership track available
• 4.5-day work week initially, transitioning to 4-day work week
• Join team of 4 pediatricians and 1 physician assistant
• Outpatient care with newborn rounding only
• Hospital privileges at 2 local facilities with NICU and pediatric ER coverage
• 1 : 9 or 1 : 10 call rotation shared with other groups
