Nurses will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing certifications such as BLS, ACLS, ASLS, and NIHSS as required by unit specialty. The role involves adapting to floating assignments across various units, ensuring flexible and responsive patient care. Nurses will also participate in weekend rotations and low-census on-call duties, contributing to staffing needs while maintaining work-life balance.

Key qualifications include :

• Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of nursing experience plus 1 travel assignment, or 4 years without travel
• Certifications in BLS, with additional ACLS, ASLS, or NIHSS depending on unit
• Strong familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Meditech
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing unit assignments
• petence in managing typical nurse-to-patient ratios around 1 : 6
